How we use it. To find and deliver your photos, respond to requests and tips, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve the site. We don’t sell your information.

Who processes it. Web3Forms (form delivery), MailerLite (newsletter), Square (payments), and Netlify (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Photos of you. If you appear on the site and want a photo changed or removed, use the removal link on the story or email press@rodeodrivepaparazzi.com. We respond within 48 hours.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from The Nightly from any issue. Ask us to access or delete your information at any time — California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Children. This site isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
